I love experimenting in the kitchen, but don’t always have time to prep extravagant meals with all the accompaniments. So with this recipe I cheated with the sauce and bought a ready made one! It still tastes great and makes for a quick and easy dinner, so I have more time to craft in the evening!

These satay beef bowls combine the creamy and spicy taste of peanut satay sauce, crunchy cashews, and a tonne of fresh, crispy veg.

To serve this satay you need:

400g beef (frying steak cut into strips, or beef chunks)

1 red pepper, sliced

Half a broccoli tree, roughly chopped

1 Giant spring onion (3 normal spring/green onions), chopped

1 Red onion, chopped

1 handful sliced green beans

Blue Drago Satay Sauce (with meat seasoning)

1 handful of cashews

1 tsp oil for frying

To make these beautiful bowls you have to:

1. Cover the beef ien seasoning.

2. Add oil to a wok and heat, add beef and fry until browned, around 3 mins.

3. Add chopped veg and fry for 3 mins.

4. Add cashews and sachet of satay sauce, coat beef and veg, heat through quickly.

5. Serve!
